At Brindhavvan Areion Hospital, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or modify your health checkup package booking. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while maintaining our commitment to quality healthcare services.

Health Package Cancellation & Refund Terms

• Master Health Panel (Rs. 4499/-)

  Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 75% refund for same-day cancellations.

• Executive Health Panels (Rs. 5499/- to Rs. 5999/-)

  100% refund for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. 80% refund for cancellations within 24-48 hours. 50% refund for same-day cancellations.

• Senior Citizen Health Panels (Rs. 5499/- to Rs. 5999/-)

  Full refund available up to 24 hours before appointment. Special consideration for medical emergencies.

• Well Women Health Panel (Rs. 5499/-)

  100% refund for cancellations 24 hours prior. 70% refund for same-day cancellations.

• Pre-Employment Health Panel (Rs. 1999/-)

  Full refund available up to 12 hours before appointment. No refund for no-shows.

Rescheduling Policy

• Free rescheduling available up to 24 hours before appointment
• Rescheduling fee of Rs. 200/- applies for changes within 24 hours
• One-time free rescheduling for senior citizens

Non-Refundable Components

• Registration fees (if applicable)
• Tests already conducted
• Consumed medical supplies
• Administrative charges

Refund Process

1. Contact our health package coordinator at the reception or call our dedicated helpline
2. Fill out the refund request form with your booking details
3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days
4. Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Special Considerations

• Medical Emergencies:

  Full refund available with valid medical documentation

• Technical Issues:

  100% refund if appointment is cancelled due to hospital technical issues

• Package Modifications:

  Difference amount will be refunded if switching to a lower-priced package
